Contract rides – transport that works
As a contract customer you order transport with a single message. We know your company’s addresses, invoicing details and habits – for example that guests are always met with a name sign and that the management car is an S-Class.
We agree prices in advance for typical routes such as office to airport or between sites. This makes budgeting easy and individual rides need no separate approval.

Account rides and invoicing
On invoiced rides the passenger pays nothing in the car. We compile the rides into a consolidated invoice at agreed intervals and mark each ride with the passenger, route and, if you wish, a cost centre or reference.
The invoice is delivered as an e-invoice or by email. Reporting is agreed as needed – for example rides per person or per project.

International guests
Our drivers serve in Finnish and English, and our website is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. Meeting a guest in arrivals, transfers to meetings and dinner and the return to the airport are handled in one booking with the same driver.

How do I become a contract customer?
Send a quote request or call us. We go through your typical transport needs and agree prices and invoicing – usually in one conversation.
Is there a minimum volume for a contract?
No. A contract pays off already with a few rides a month, because ordering and invoicing become simpler.
Can an employee order a taxi on the company account?
Yes. We agree who may order on the company account and mark the rides on the invoice by orderer and passenger.
Do you handle transport outside Helsinki too?
Yes. We operate across Uusimaa, drive pre-booked trips between Helsinki and Turku, and longer journeys in Finland and abroad are agreed case by case.
