How advance booking works
Fill in the advance booking form online or call us. We need the date, time, pickup point, destination and number of passengers. For airport transfers, add the flight number so we can track the flight.
We confirm the booking and agree a fixed price before the trip. At the agreed time the driver is waiting at the agreed place – no guessing, no waiting around.

When is an advance booking worthwhile?
Whenever you know the time of the trip. Early morning flights, train connections, medical appointments, celebrations and business meetings all go more smoothly when the ride is secured in advance.
An advance booking is also the right way to order a car for several passengers or for a trip with intermediate stops – for example pickups from several addresses before heading to the airport.

Frequently asked questions
How early do I need to book?
Preferably the day before, but we also accept same-day bookings. In urgent cases, call us and we will check for an available car right away.
Do I get a confirmation?
Yes. We confirm every advance booking by phone or email and tell you the fixed price at the same time.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes. Let us know about changes as soon as possible by phone and we will update the booking. Cancellation terms are agreed at confirmation.
