Hosting and infrastructure
This website is hosted on servers located in Finland, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, a European hosting provider. All data processed through this website remains within the European Union.
Analytics
We use a privacy-focused analytics service, hosted and operated by Lead Magnet Oy on servers in Finland. The analytics solution:
- does not use cookies
- does not collect personally identifiable information
- collects only aggregated, anonymised usage statistics (such as page views and general traffic patterns)
- does not track individual users across sessions or websites
- does not require consent banners or explicit user consent
No analytics data is shared with any other parties.
Advance booking form
When you make an advance booking through the form on our website, we collect the following information:
- Trip details (required): date, time, pickup point, destination and number of passengers – to carry out the transport
- Intermediate stops and flight number (optional): to plan the route and pickup time
- Phone number and email address (required): to confirm the booking and keep in touch
- Name and company (optional): to identify the booking and for invoicing
- Additional information (optional): for example a child seat or luggage
Quote request form
When you send a quote request, we collect the following information:
- Service and description of your need (required): to prepare the quote
- Approximate date, number of passengers, route and recurrence (optional): to refine the quote
- Name, phone number and email address (required): to deliver the quote and keep in touch
- Company (optional): to manage a business account
How we use this information
- To confirm an advance booking and carry out the transport
- To prepare and respond to a quote
- To contact you about matters related to the booking or quote
- To pass the trip details to the driver assigned to the ride
- To verify that the email address works before processing the request
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. We do not use information provided through the forms for direct marketing.
Spam protection
The forms are protected by an ALTCHA verification that Lead Magnet Oy runs in its LeadEdge service. It is based on a computational task solved in your browser, not on cookies or behavioural tracking. No verification data is sent to third parties.
Email address verification
Before a booking or quote request is processed, the email address may be checked for deliverability using a service operated by Lead Magnet Oy. Only the email address is sent for verification, in order to make sure we can reply to you.
Data retention
Information submitted through the forms is stored securely and retained for up to 24 months for the purpose of processing the booking or quote and for business records, unless you request deletion earlier. Data required by accounting legislation is retained for the statutory period.
Information we do not collect
Apart from form submissions, we do not collect, store or process:
- Cookies or tracking identifiers
- Location data
- Device identifiers or fingerprints
- Payment information
- User accounts or login credentials
Service providers
Lead Magnet Oy – website development, maintenance, hosting and analytics. Lead Magnet Oy also operates the LeadEdge form service that receives form submissions, and the LeadCore and LeadChat services where they are handled. All services run on servers located in Finland.
As part of their service, Lead Magnet Oy uses the following sub-processors:
- Hetzner Online GmbH – server infrastructure. All website and analytics data is stored on Hetzner servers in Finland. Privacy policy

- Verifalia – email verification service. Only the email address is sent for verification; data is processed within the EU. Privacy policy
- Zeptomail – transactional email service for communications related to form submissions. Data is processed on EU servers. Privacy policy
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties except as described under service providers above. Form data is available only to Taxikaari Oy staff and the driver assigned to the ride for the purpose of handling the booking or quote.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed through our website. All data transmission is encrypted (TLS). Server infrastructure is located within the European Union (Finland).
Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- request restriction of processing
- data portability
- object to processing and withdraw consent
To exercise these rights, send an email to info@taxikaari.fi with the subject “Data request” and include the email address you used on the form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Data deletion
To request deletion of your personal data:
- Send an email to info@taxikaari.fi with the subject “Data deletion request”
- Include the email address you used on the form
- We will process your request within 30 days
Upon request we delete the data associated with your submission: name, contact details, company, trip details and message content, unless legislation requires us to retain it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
